Keziah: Hey Ann--How are ya??? I am watching the Grammy's tonight. Janet was ask not to show up, but that weasel Justin is showing up. I can't stand him, he said he didn't know that was going to happen that it was a surprise to him. Please, he didn't look surprised to me. Besides, Janet said that 'we had planned it', 'we had planned it' was her and Justin.
Really, he's spineless. Anyways, I'm watching Shania Twain on People in the News. Let me know if you post on her, I Love her!!!!

Ann Stewart: Wow so Justin didn't admit to it or something...Hum...sounds strange...I think he should do what Janet did and ask forgiveness...

Sindhu Kumar: I too love Shania. Justin's band mate from NSYNC, JC Chasez is going to appear on the pro-bowl half time show. it seems, that the NFL has asked him to make a few changes in the lyrics to one of the songs that he is singing and he has obliged, but there is another request that the NFL had asked, but this time, he promptly turned it down. Justin is really spineless, if he and Janet planned that super bowl stunt, he should be man enough to stand up and take responsibility for his actions.

Keziah: Hi Sindhu,--I heard that about JC too. He said on Thursday he wasn't going to perform at the pro bowl. Yeah Justin said he was shocked, he said he didn't expect that to happen. I saw the clip on CNN yesterday, all that was missing were the tears. C'mon, the man didn't look shocked. It's messed up that Janet was asked not to show up and is taking all the backlash and Justin shows up at the Grammy Awards. He's so fake and insincere, he'll only apologize if Barbara Walters offers him a one hour exclusive interview on 20/20 where he can tell his torrid tale. If that happens, BW should make sure to get her $'s Worth, with the all the sobbing. Shania is AWESOME!!!!! Too bad she didn't perform at the Grammy's. Beyonce and Prince burned, they were hot! They tore up the stage, it was cool that they opened the show with such a high energy performance.
The Beatles Tribute with Sting, Dave Mathews, Pharrell and Vince Gil was fun, the second part of the tribute sucked. It was great to Olivia Harrison and Ringo, Paul, but I was expecting like a Popurri of Beatles songs and some ancient clips, but none of that. The audience was kind of loud when Olivia Harrison was talking about George, which was rude, or maybe it was just the microphones acting up. Still, the Tribute could have been so much better, it was a crappy. I like Andre 3000's speech when he won, he just said, 'Thanks!' Short and Sweet, all the acceptance speeches should be limited to a minimum of words, cause some people go on for hours. Earth Wind and Fire is on with Outcast. I'm liking what I see and hear!

Ann Stewart: I thought Justin apologized at the Grammy's tonight. Justin won a few awards at the Grammy's.

Keziah: He said: "What occurred was unintentional, completely regrettable, and I apologize if you guys are offended," he said. That's not apologizing for what happened, that's just saying what he thinks people want to hear. It was not
unintentional, it was pre planned. The result was unintentional; he thought it would be different. It doesn't even matter anymore, that whole thing is already a big pain.

Ann Sterwart: I see what you mean Keziah...and I watched the Grammys tonight and I had forgotten that Robert Plamer had died. He was kind of young to die don't you think?
On a lighter note.Did you see Richard Marx?..Does that man get better and better looking with age? He is so beautiful.He still looks as good as he did when he first came into the music biz..and Kenny Logins was there tonight and he looked fine too.Do these men ever age? They looked great.I do want to say I wasn't much into the new hip hop music, but they had a lot of great costumes. What do you think?

Sindhu Kumar: Did you know that Richard Marx accepted the award on behalf of Luther Vandross whom he enjoys writing for. I love Richard Marx and have nearly all of his albums. His biggest hits weresatisfied, right here waiting. He also is producing country band Emerson drive's next record.

Ann Stewart: Yeah I a big fan of Richard Marx and Luther Vandross...I have always loved Richard's music...Great voice...Good-looking man too.

Sara: The Super Bowl Half Time Show sucked! Justin Timberlake pulled Janet Jackson's outfit to expose her breast! The whole Viacom organization should be fined like hell!

Ann: They should have known better...It was national tv...Nudity is not allowed on National TV...The really weird thing about it is...that Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson will probably go up in record sales for this.

Scarlet Termite: They already have, Annibelle my sweet. That whole thing was planned as a publicity stunt. And, unfortunately, it worked.

Ann: Shouldn't Janet be in jail comforting Michael? Oh I'm sorry...I forgot he still walking around free.

Ann Stewart: Ok folks here is a hot new man...His name is Pat Monahan He is the lead singer of the band Train...They are Hot Hot Hot...I just saw Pat on CNN lately and he just looked so handsome I had to take his pictures and the band Train also has a official website where you can hear their new released music and read the bios of the band.

Pat keeps a journal online where you can read almost everything he does every day...He just posted on Jan 28 so he must keep it up pretty regular...I love this bands music so I hope you check them out...They have got a great new song out called "Calling all you Angels." and if you remember the song "Drops of Jupiter" you will know how good of music this band puts out.

Keziah: That whole Michael Jackson case, it's sad really. He's so talented and has contributed so much to the World. But he's not taking all that's happening seriously, he just makes it worse by acting so immature. It's as if he doesn't see the seriousness of what is happening.

Ann Stewart: Boy you got that right Keziah...my dear friend...I saw him on CNN on top of the car and took some pictures of it...I remember Jeff Tooblin reported saying some people could have gotten seriously hurt from his stunt and he just complained of being brutally beaten by the police and he was suppose to have a hurt shoulder and he just didn't seem hurt that day so no one felt like the brutality claims he made were real...but I wasn't there and I don't know...I do know a lot of people think he is guilty already...Jackson has just been accused of child molestation to many times now. So the majority of the world thinks he's guilty already and he should see that alone is serious, whether he wins or loses in this court case. Of course I would feel really sorry for him if he wasn't guilty, but it's hard not to think he is.

Jet: I just bought the new Bon Jovi CD "This Left Feels Right". It's actually a bunch of their songs done over in a different way. It's an excellent CD if anyone is thinking of picking it up. Rick Springfield has a new CD out in February. Can't wait!!

Ann: Hey Jet thanks for the report on the Bon Jovi CD. I found a bunch of nice pictures of them out on the web and I thought I would post them. I haven't got the album yet, but I will check it out. I love their older music. I think it was the best anyway. They have had a few new hits but none of their work they have done in the past few years comes close to being as good as their old stuff. There is one song I love of Richie Sambora's that is called Hard Times Come Easy. Great song, you should listen of it.

TALK ON MICHAEL JACKSON

THIS IS FROM CNN: Jackson was charged with nine counts -- seven of child molestation and two of administering an intoxicating agent for the purpose of a committing a felony.

The charges involve incidents alleged to have occurred in February and March of this year, District Attorney Tom Sneddon said.

In addition, the complaint includes special allegations that could make Jackson ineligible for probation in the case, Sneddon said.

Sneddon added in a prepared statement that the alleged victim will take the stand at a trial.

Thursday's charges were filed in Santa Barbara County Superior Court in Santa Maria, a working-class town close to Jackson's Neverland Ranch.

The charging documents were delivered to a court clerk and specific counts were not immediately released.

The filing came as sources familiar with the case said District Attorney Tom Sneddon had agreed to delay Jackson's arraignment a week to January 16, and return Jackson's passport to allow him to travel overseas.

Sneddon earlier had pledged to file charges this week and scoffed at suggestions his case was falling apart.

"Everything will become clear when the charges are filed," Sneddon said earlier this month.

Jackson, 45, was booked November 20 on suspicion of multiple counts of child molestation in Santa Barbara and is free on $3 million bond.

The singer and his lawyers maintain he is innocent, and contend that the boy in the current case and his family have brought the allegations for financial gain.

Last week, a memo from a Los Angeles child welfare agency was leaked to the news media in which the agency said the latest allegations of sexual abuse against Jackson are "unfounded."

Sneddon last week said he discounted the memo because his office has more information.

"Our investigators were aware of the contents of the memo prior to seeking the search warrants and arrest warrant for Mr. Jackson," Sneddon said.

Asked if thought the leaked memo hurt his case, Sneddon replied, "No, we are not worried."

Jackson was accused in 1993 of molesting a different boy, but formal charges were never filed and that case was reportedly settled for millions of dollars. Sneddon was the district attorney who looked into that case.

Scarlet Termite: Let's hope it sticks this time and money doesn't get him out of it. The man has serious problems and needs treatment but more he needs to be away from the public and especially the kids. I am still surprised that they let him have his passport back, but maybe it's like I heard on CNN today..where can he go that he wouldn't be recognized?

I read that Isaac got married too. The press they get is good too, cause it makes them out to be sweet boys. I just read an article on them where they were with there Grandma talking about their lives. They seem like sweet boys. You know Joy I heard they are from Oklahoma. Jennifer: Michael Jackson grew up in a twisted family and life was harsh on him. I do think there are people out there who would try to take him for money and accuse him of things he may not have done to get money, but I don't think this many children would come forth and say this if there wasn't some truth to it. He has just had too many children accuse him of it, and he is so weird anyway. It makes him look so guilty.

Scarlet Termite: I haven't been paying that much attention to the MJ thing because I am rather disgusted by it and disgusted by the media attention that it has been receiving. Someone told me today that the people that are accusing him of child molestation are the same folks whose son appeared in the documentary about MJ that was on whenever it was. This person said it was, unfortunately, starting to smack of extortion. I said well, he has been doing this for a while and giving the parents of these young boys lots and lots of money to keep them quiet. Now, of course that is only my opinion. But if it does turn out to be true I think that the parents are just as guilty as Jackson and should be prosecuted accordingly. Imagine doing that to your child? It's so horrible that it just staggers the imagination.

Scarlet Termite: Ok, does anyone else think CNN is going a little overboard with the Michael Jackson coverage? I guess earlier today they were either interviewing or trying to get a reaction from Jermaine Jackson and Jermaine became angry and said the "F" word on the air. Apparently, you could hear folks gasping in the background when he said it.
Are the other networks harping on this like CNN is? I'm sorry but, IMO, there are a lot more important things going on in the world right now than this. What do you guys think?

Sunshine: Yeah but Jermaine acted like a jerk when he was cursing on TV. That was bad. He could have been more formal and it would have made him look a lot better. Michael Jackson is really in trouble this time. He's being arrested and he will be prosecuted. I found this site on the History Of Michael Jackson’s face.

Michael Bohannon: I'm sorry, but I can't help not thinking that Michael Jackson is as guilty as sin. I know that you're supposed to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume him innocent until proven otherwise, but I think authorities have purposely overlooked some of his past grievances because of who he is. A buddy of mine at work insists that Jackson is being harassed simply because he has a love for kids, but I think that he has more than just a love for kids. Michael Jackson is infatuated with kids and this obsession shouldn't be treated as some artistic peculiarity. No he needs professional help. His family isn't worth a damn. They're entertainers through and through, more worried about his image than getting their brother some serious help. He needs somebody to yank his delusional ass out of never never land and committ him to a hospital.

Laura in LA: Michael, hear ya re Jacko. That interview that came out this year really nailed it for me. Did you see it? There was a part where he was attempting to explain why he sleeps with children and it creeped me out. That entire interview showed me that there is something wrong with his mental health. They must have some evidence if they arrested him. Yet, I don't think that hours upon hours of news coverage should be devoted to this story. How many freakin' times did they show the plane landing, Jacko in handcuffs and giving the peace sign? There was so much real news to report yesterday - bombings in Turkey, FTAA protests in Miami, the Shrub in London, protests in London, bombings in Iraq, etc. This is why Americans are clueless in most respects ...today, we'll get hours of Jermaine and other folks defending Jacko. It's torture. Boy, what would I do without the internet so I can get the real news.

Kris and Ozzy: Father and Son?

This just in: Kris Osborn the handsome hunk that works on CNN has decided to join Ozzy Osborne's family.
It seems as though he thinks his own biological family is to sweet and old-fashioned, and he wants more excitement in his life. He and his newly adoptive father Ozzy have been hang'in out bonding in the bathroom and making heavy medal music together. Ozzy is so happy to finally have a intelligent normal child for once, and Kris Osborn is so happy to be in a family of a bunch of cool freaks. Kris has always been known to have a freaky cool side that he just couldn't show to his nice normal family. Now that Kris is shouting at the Devil with Ozzy on a regular basis he is so much more happier with his lifestyle. Stay tuned for more on this story.

Jet: This has nothing to do with anything, but you know who I absolutely love? Rick Springfield!! Does anyone remember him? He was a huge pop star in the 80's. He was even on "General Hospital" for a few years. What a cutie! He's 54 years old and obviously is doing something right. The man is still gorgeous. Love him!!
But not as much as I love Bill. He has my heart.

Ann: Yeah I remember Rick. He had some really good music too. He's good for the Hot Guys List. I also saw him in a Science fiction movie not to long ago on the Sci-Fi network. He played the alien bad guy.
